Back Building
Building 2, or the “back building,” is one of two buildings on the property that shares an active OLCC Tier II Recreational Cannabis Producer license, the largest available. Although not currently operating, this building is a fully built out indoor cannabis production facility ready to be brought back online.

This facility is built with pole frame construction, a concrete floor, and baked enamel metal siding. The roof was replaced in 2016, adding ventilation and insulation. (1) 12′ x 14′ overhead door is included. Originally utilized for potting nursery plants, there are now three large agriculture rooms along with an office and a storage/safe room. Each of the larger rooms have a 10 ton air conditioning unit and one 5 ton unit. The third room has one commercial grade 10 ton unit. 50′ x 60′ concrete pad for sawdust or soils material storage.
