Building 5 most recently served as a production building for a Christmas wreath company. Today it’s ready to be converted for any number of uses. The owners have a Clackamas County-approved Land Use Compatibility Statement in hand for recreational cannabis production or limited recreational cannabis processing. Ready for OLCC application, or transfer a license and start operating.

This large warehouse-style building is split into large 3,000 sq. ft. workshop areas with a 50 foot clear span. A 12′ x 120′ shed roof along one side of the building holds office and storage spaces.

The main structure was built in 1975 with conversion to cold storage in 1998. Steel frame construction, concrete foundation, concrete floor, 16′ eaves. Baked enamel steel walls and roof. Plywood lined insulated walls and roof. Fluorescent lighting. Two 12′ x 18′ roll up doors. Two ceiling-mounted, 4-fan Chandler evaporators, two 1/2 HP Russell compressors.

The back part of the building was built in 1975 with pole frame construction, concrete floor, 16′ eaves and baked enamel siding and roofing. Plywood lined walls and roof, fluorescent lighting. Two 12′ x 18′ roll up doors. Attached to cold storage. Attached enclosed machine shed with concrete flooring, electricity and plywood lined walls.
