The 90′ x 120′ greenhouse portion of the structure was built in 1999. It is steel framed with 10′ sidewalls and polycarbonate siding and roofing. Passive ventilation via computer controlled eaves and sidewalls. Hot water heat in ground via natural gas boiler located in the attached warehouse. The 36′ x 120′ warehouse portion of the structure was built in 2000 using pole frame construction with concrete floors, and baked enamel metal siding and roofing. Plywood lined and insulated walls and roof. Three 12′ x 18′ overhead doors and 14′ eaves. There are three large agriculture rooms with their own cooling units dedicated to each room with a total of four 10 ton units. There is a Hurst 1,600,000 BTU natural gas boiler for the adjacent greenhouse. New electrical panels and outlets have been installed throughout the building. A 12′ shed roof behind the warehouse offers covered outdoor storage.
